1. Campaign Organizer
This campaign is organized by VF International S.A.G.L., with registered office at Via Laveggio, 5, 6855, Stabio, Ticino, Switzerland.
2. Campaign Period
The campaign runs from December 5, 2025 to December 18, 2025 (inclusive).
3. Mechanics
- For every pair of Smartwool snowboard socks purchased on our official e-commerce website during the campaign period by consumers located in the eligible countries listed below, VF will donate one pair of socks to the Goods to Give association.
- The donation will be made in bulk at the end of the campaign.
- Donated socks are new and in perfect condition, coming from returned items.

5. Donation Details
Donations will be delivered to Goods to Give after the campaign ends, by January 31, 2026.
Customers do not make a direct donation; the donation is funded entirely by VF.
6. Limitations
- The campaign applies only to purchases made on Smartwool’s official e-commerce website during the campaign period.
- No cash alternative or substitution is available.
7. Transparency
