Hillary Gerardi

Sky Runner, Power hiker and all-around mountain lover Hillary Gerardi enjoys pushing her body to the limit and put herself in places most people wouldn’t even dream of.

Hillary’s appreciation for the mountains started after high school when she started climbing and working in the Appalachian Mountain Club huts in New Hampshire. She loved to scan maps looking for new challenges. Trying out trail running for the first time, Gerardi took on the Great Adirondack Trial run, coming out on top of the podium. Hillary moved to the French alps not long after finishing college. She then continued to push her mountain-related passions and started to run again, winning a 12’lb leg of prosciutto at her first European trail running race. She knew the sport was for her and continued to race – excelling at long distances. Hillary prefers power hiking, scrambling, and ridge-climbing over actual running, seeing her career as a sky runner take off in 2018, placing first at three of the sports most demanding races. In her downtime, Hillary continues scanning maps and drawing routes where she wants to go on foot, including a dream list of FKT’s back home in the North-eastern US.
